Major Requirements
University post-graduate in marketing / technical preferably graduated from overseas with strong product & quality background. Marketing knowledge would be advantage.3 (three) years working experience at senior management level at FMCG & electronic companies with cross-functional responsibilities.Sufficient knowledge about brand management, product management, marketing management, strategic management and quality management system. strategic management and quality management system.Proficient in business planning process, business development, marketing strategy and quality improvement.Proficient in business planning process, business development, marketing strategy and quality, Proficient in product creation concept including market release concept, Active response, self-learning and good in communication skills.Exposure to ISO 9001:2000 and ISO 14001 requirements and implementation, Able to relocate in Surabaya, An attractive remuneration package would be provided commensurate with the qualification and experiences of the selected candidates.
