Job Description:

To routinely check organization implementation of System Operational Procedure on every line.To perform corrective steps on problems arising from negligence of SOP, and to provide effective and efficient solutions to avoid re-occurrence.To design table/form/work flow/work manual, and to communicate or socialize the said designs to every user.To cooperate with organization internal Steering Committee on auditing regarding to effective implementations of ISO.To give feedback/advice/policy/program framework to the Management to improve work efficiency and effectivity at every line within the organization.To ensure organization success in achieving "Tingkat Kecukupan" to ISO Standards it seeks.

Requirements:

Having maximum age of 30 years old. Male/Female.Having minimum degree of S1 Tehnik Industri, Mechanical.Having minimum experience of 3 years as MR/Internal Auditor/DC (Document Control) for ISO 9001:2008.Having a good knowledge to System Operational in Organization for Quality Management.Having a good knowledge to external regulations relating to Quality Management System implementation.Having a good understanding to effective and efficient standard procedures implementations for every line of the organization.Having a good ability to research, improve, provide solution regarding procedures or code of conducts and organizational workings that are being implemented to every line.Having good communication skills for both verbal and written.Having good experience on similar Retail Manufacturing industry is a plus.Having a good understanding of software/applications Literature supporting organization business.Having good command of English.

Competence being: Leadership, Analytical, Information Management System, Managerial Operations.
Willing to work full-time.
