This respected company is seeking a high-quality candidate to fill the position of Production Manager (Pharmaceuticals), to be based in Jakarta, Indonesia.

Key responsibilities will include:

As the person responsible for the whole production process, deliver the product to meet agreed parameters, including timelinessEnsure production meets targets as per production planningImprove productiveness of the plantManage outsourced workers to be highly productive and safety conscious

Job Requirements

Pharmacy degreeThee years’ experience (min.) as Production Manager in Cosmetic/Herbal medicines’ factories, Can guide and influence people, Able to determine and control operational budgets and cost reduction programs, Expertise in industrial operations related to equipment, production processes, purchasing, logistics and maintenance, Fluent English, both written and oral, Know how to use basic computer software (MS Excel, MS Word)Strong leadership skills
